Kelly Martin has been an integral part of Assurance Financial Partners for over a decade, serving as our Client Services & Operations Manager. Since 2015, she has overseen and administrated every aspect of our client service and office operations, ensuring a seamless experience from the first appointment to the completion of each financial strategy and beyond.
Kelly’s responsibilities include coordinating all office activities, managing the scheduling and confirmation of client appointments, and ensuring clear communication every step of the way. She tracks and oversees business processing for insurance and investment cases, from start to finish, so clients always know the progress of their plans. Kelly also manages ongoing client projects such as the annual RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) initiative and organizes annual review meetings for our client base, ensuring no important milestone is ever missed.
With a career in financial services dating back to 2007, Kelly brings both experience and dedication to supporting the families we serve. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to client care make her a cornerstone of the Assurance Financial Partners team.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys life with her husband and their three dogs, who keep her busy and entertained.
